Chef Nina attended Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and graduated in 2012. During her years there, Nina immersed herself in the art of pastry making. During that time, Nina honed her skills in baking, pastry design, and dessert presentation, mastering classic techniques while exploring creative innovations. Nina's dedication and passion for the culinary arts culminated in her graduation as a pastry chef, prepared to bring her artistic vision and expertise to the world of fine desserts and now to Randazzo's Pastries.
