The name Randazzo is the actual name of a charming medieval town nestled at the foot of Mount Etna, offering a unique blend of history, culture, and beauty.
We are proud to bring this sweet bread to our customers! This bread originated in Sicily. It's found in all cafes and bars and are called, "brioche col tuppo". It's eaten with gelato, mostly at breakfast because the Italians believe everyone should start their day with something sweet. We do too!
Our family's love for baking began decades ago with our brother Antonio, an executive pastry chef that graduated from the Culinary Institute in Hyde Park New York. His baking skills were beyond measure. We've carried on this tradition through his niece who also graduated from culinary school. Our goal is to continue sharing our authentic recipes with you. Today, we're proud to offer a wide range of pastries, cookies, breads and much more that capture the essence of Italy. We hope our cookies and pasties bring fond memories of your child hood. Don't hold on to those memories, share them with the ones you love and friends. We're certain you have a story to tell.
