Randazzo's Pastries makes baked goods fresh daily. Our Traditional Italian Cookies and Sicilian Pastries are made of the finest ingredients from Italy.

All sales are final. Please inspect your order upon arrival. For damaged or spoiled items, contact customer service at orders@randazzospastries.com and they will determine an appropriate resolution.
We here at Randazzo's Pastries does everything we can to get your products to you on time. There are times that items can be delayed due to bad weather, or unknown events. As a Florida based company, we completely understand how the weather can impact deliveries, and that's why we pack your orders to be as ship safe and to stay fresh in case there are those types of delays. When you order arrives, we recommend that you inspect your package thoroughly and follow the storage instructions.
To determine what might be missing from your order, please provide the following
- Order Number
- Order Tracking Number
- Estimated Delivery Date
- Actual Delivery Date

Here's what you can do:
- Please contact our customer support team orders@randazzospastries.com as quickly as possible, no later than 7 days after the damage is noticed.
- Provide the following information:
- Your order number
- Two clear photos of the damaged item(s) - top and sides
- A photo of the shipping box/package damaged area, top, sides and bottom
- A brief description of the damage
Once we receive this information, we'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We may offer a replacement.

Our products are made fresh daily and some same day as ship. To maintain the freshness of your purchase, we recommend these simple tips:
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Consume within the "Best By" date
- Refrigerate of freeze
